BAI provides you with 24 hours per day, 7 days per week “hotline” service via 800 numbers. This provides you with access to our helpful and knowledgeable customer service representatives who can answer questions and solve problems rapidly and efficiently. High speed, secure internet connections allow our support representatives to access your system day or night to answer questions, solve issues, etc.

Project Management

The most important ingredient in a successful software implementation is project management. Since BAI was founded by engineers, we continuously look for improvements in this area. Over 30 years, we have developed and honed a very successful method of managing projects which ensures excellent communication, minimal disruption to your business, and a smooth transition.

On Site Implementation

Training and implementation can be performed on your site, at your pace, supplemented by phone support as needed. We feel on Site training and implementation help is the best way to ensure a successful implementation. Each person in each department can be trained by our Application Specialists, guaranteeing the highest retention possible. This method is much more effective than having one person in your organization learn the system and teach the rest of the company.

Software Upgrades

Many new features are added to the application software each year. Upgrades for BAI software modules are available at no charge to clients who have paid their licensed fees. All currently licensed clients pay for is the time necessary to integrate the new release and any training and data conversion that may be necessary.
